We want you to love every piece. If something is not right, here is how we fix it.
Damaged, faulty or wrong item
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.
- We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund for that item — your choice. You do not need to send the item back.
- LED magnets are tested before shipping. If the light stops working within 30 days, we will replace it.
Changed your mind
- You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- Please contact us first so we can give you the return address.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer. Once the return arrives, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Original shipping fees and gacha discount codes are not refundable.
Lost parcels
If tracking has not updated for 20 business days, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they ship (usually within 1–3 business days). Just message us with your order number.
