This online store is operated by an independent shop based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we refund the full amount to your original payment method.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless you choose another currency. Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners at checkout.

3. Products

We try to show product colours and details as accurately as possible. Small differences in colour, print and size may occur because of screens and manufacturing. Sizes listed on product pages are approximate. Products are decorative collectibles and are not toys for children under 3; LED items contain small batteries and should be kept away from young children.

4. Shipping and import duties

Shipping options, rates and delivery estimates are described on our Shipping & Duties page. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unless stated otherwise, import duties and taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds and replacements are handled as described on our Returns & Refunds page.

6. Promotions, gacha codes and giveaways

Discount codes from our free daily gacha are limited to one use per customer, cannot be combined with other discount codes unless stated, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Giveaways are free to enter, require no purchase and follow the official rules published with each giveaway.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, layout and graphics we created, belongs to us. We are an independent shop and are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any brand or rights holder. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
