Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Every order is packed by hand and shipped with a tracking number.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

• Tracked shipping: about 8–15 business days to the US, Europe, the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; about 5–10 business days to most of Asia.
• Express: about 7–15 business days to the US; DHL about 3–6 business days to most other countries.
• Philippines: about 2–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs and local carriers.

Rates and free shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and the weight of your order. Tracked shipping is free on qualifying orders: from $49 to $199 to the US, from $49 to Asia, from $59 to Europe, the UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and from $35 within the Philippines. Import duties and taxes

US orders on our tracked service ship duty-paid. For other destinations, import duties and taxes may be charged by your country's customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for 20 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us. See our Returns & Refunds page for how we fix it.
